10  Application Form

The ASA provides an online application form for DSP and AdvDSP applicants. The form consists of five sections:

1. Personal information
2. Academic/training history
3. Competency and responsibility
4. Work experience
5. Continuing professional development

Note

The DSCC may request additional information from applicants, including but not limited to responses to additional questions and a personal statement. The DSCC may also wish to interview applicants before reaching a decision.
